Beta pricing
CoreCMO is in public beta. The first 50 founding members get the full operating system at $10/person/month, locked at that rate for 12 months even after public pricing goes up. Fractional CMOs running multiple companies pay $10/month for each additional company they manage. Beta pricing covers our data and storage costs while we're learning what to build next.
No free tier. The AI Populate demo is free to try once without signing up — paste your URL on the homepage and three agents fill an Operator Brief for your company in 10 seconds. To save your Brief and unlock the full playbook, you sign up at beta pricing.
50 founding-member spots open of 50.
Founding members lock in beta pricing for 12 months. Below are the two live tiers. Below those, the post-beta tiers we'll open when the product leaves beta.
For you (or each teammate)
For the CMO, the VP Marketing, the first marketer, the PMM, the demand-gen lead. Anyone running marketing for one company.
Founding-member rate. Locked for 12 months from sign-up.
For fractional CMOs
For the fractional CMO running marketing for multiple companies. One login. One Brief per client. Switch between them in seconds.
Example: 5 clients = $50/month. Founding-member rate locked for 12 months.

Paste your company URL on the homepage. Four research agents analyze your site and fill an Operator Brief in 10 seconds. You see the depth before you decide to sign up. The demo is the free experience.
See it for your company →No traditional free tier. The AI Populate demo is the free experience: paste your URL on the homepage, see what CoreCMO does for your company in 10 seconds. To save your Brief and unlock the full playbook, you sign up at $10/month. We chose this over a permanently-free tier because the demo gives you everything you need to evaluate the depth, and a $10 entry price is low enough that it’s not a meaningful barrier for an operator who’s ready to use it.
If you’re a fractional CMO running marketing for 3 client companies, you pay $10/month for yourself + $10/month for each additional company = $30/month total. Each client gets their own isolated Operator Brief. You switch between them from the sidebar. If you take on a new client, your monthly bill goes up by $10. If a client engagement ends, you remove that Brief and the bill drops back. Clean per-client economics.
Because this is beta and we’re explicitly anchoring on cost. $10/month covers what it costs us to host your Brief in Supabase, run the AI Populate agents through Anthropic, and keep the infrastructure running. We’re not maximizing margin during beta — we’re learning what to build and earning the right to charge a real price post-beta. Founding members keep their $10 rate for 12 months even after public pricing reflects the real value.
The waitlist opens. Sign up to it and you’ll be the first to know when public launch happens — at higher prices. Public launch pricing isn’t finalized yet because it depends on what we learn during beta, but it will be meaningfully higher than $10/month.
No special team tier — teams just buy individual seats. If 4 people on your marketing team want CoreCMO, you each pay $10/month = $40/month for the team. We’re building shared-Brief features (so teammates can collaborate on one shared Operator Brief) and will roll those out during beta to existing seats, no additional cost. Founding member rate ($10/seat) holds even when those features land.
Any time. Your Brief exports to Markdown or PDF on the way out so you keep everything you built. We hold your account data for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to come back; after that it's deleted unless you re-upload.
Credit card via Stripe. We bill monthly, no annual lock-in during beta. (Post-beta we may introduce annual pricing for a discount — but founding members keep monthly billing at their founding rate.)
Do it. Homepage. Paste your URL. Click "See it." Three agents fill your Brief in 10 seconds. The demo doesn’t save your data, but you see the depth before paying. Most founding members signed up after running the demo on their own company and recognizing the substance.
CoreCMO is in public beta. The full system is live; new features (multi-Brief switcher for Fractional tier, PMM org design module, cross-functional workflow) ship monthly. Founding member feedback shapes the roadmap. Talk to me directly if a piece of this isn’t clear.
