Why CoreCMO exists

Most B2B SaaS marketing teams in 2026 are AI-curious but AI-undisciplined. Brinker and Riemersma found 91% of teams are producing AI content; 37% have any controls in place to verify it. That gap, shipping AI work faster than you can verify it, is the operating risk of the AI era.

  • Interactive Operator Brief. The central context file. Fills the operator's real company, ICP, voice, positioning, and KPIs into every prompt and every agent across the playbook. Auto-populates from a URL paste in 10 seconds, via four research agents reading the company's public surface.
  • The Playbook. The full marketing function written down. Strategic Foundation (ICP, TAM, positioning, brand, win/loss, competitive, pricing, best-in-class, AI operating model). Channels & Execution (content, AEO/GEO, email, social, paid, ABM, events, reviews, customer marketing, PR). Measurement & Influence (KPIs, marketing mix modeling, budget, ops, exec comms, cross-functional workflow).
  • Per-section agent specs. Each section ships with its own agent: mission, cadence, RACI, autonomy level, KPIs reported on. Operator-deployable as job descriptions, junior-marketer playbooks, or LLM agents.
