Your stack
The Brief is only as good as its worst field. Positioning you know cold; win rate and sales cycle get guessed, and a guessed number quietly bends every artifact built on it. Connect the systems that already know, read-only, and those fields arrive measured.
Connections
Google Analytics 4
Channel mix, conversion rate, top landing pages, and assistant referrals broken out, which GA4's own channel grouping files under Referral or Direct.
Read-only (analytics.readonly). Revoke us any time at Google account permissions.
HubSpot CRM
Win rate, average deal size and median sales cycle from your own closed deals: the three numbers most often recalled rather than measured.
How to create the token (2 minutes)
- In HubSpot: Settings → Integrations → Private Apps.
- Create a private app, name it CoreCMO.
- Under Scopes, tick only
crm.objects.deals.read. - Create it, then copy the token and paste it above.
Read-only on deals. We never write to your CRM, and deleting the private app in HubSpot cuts access instantly.
Salesforce and the ad platforms are next. Tell us which one blocks you and it moves up.
Ready to fill your Brief
Applying marks the field measured in the Brief, which tells every skill and agent to treat it as fact rather than a directional estimate. Measured fields are also withheld from your public company page, since a figure read out of your CRM is not a figure to publish.
Measured
What we do with this
We read; we never write. Credentials are encrypted before storage and are never sent to a browser, not even to you. Measured numbers refresh nightly, because a figure that stops refreshing keeps looking authoritative while going stale. They are visible to your workspace and to any agent you have connected through the CoreCMO MCP, and to no one else. Disconnecting deletes both the credential and the metrics.
